HELP COMMAND:
help: show this generic message
[command] help: show help message for command

OTHER COMMANDS:
new: Creates new project structure.
showconfig: shows all configuration settings.
task: Performs some operations on a project TASK
version: returns webmappServer version
webcache: performs some operations on webcachedb (see help for details)
