Questo terreno, infatti, sin da subito si rivel\u00f2 molto adatto alla coltivazione dell&#8217;uva, sia per la composizione chimica del terreno sia per la sua esposizione al sole: inoltre la vicinanza al mare permette di avere un&#8217;uva di alta qualit\u00e0 dalla quale produrre un vino DOP unico nel suo genere. Nel 1994 con rinnovato entusiasmo e coraggio i figli ereditano l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 paterna creando una piccola azienda a conduzione familiare, gestendola con scelte innovative ma sempre rispettose della tradizione, del territorio e della loro storica vigna.<br \/>\nPunto di forza \u00e8 la volont\u00e0 di valorizzare al meglio, anche da un punto di vista prettamente economico, la qualit\u00e0 e la tipicit\u00e0 del Cannonau, prodotto offrendo una piccola novit\u00e0 molto apprezzata dal mercato del vino sardo: il primo Cannonau Baroniese D.O.P.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fertas<\/strong><br \/>\nFertas \u00e8 un Cannonau tradizionale prodotto in modo semplice e genuino sin dal 2014: interamente realizzato dalla nostra azienda agricola, di presente di un accattivante colore Rosso Rubino, dal sapore fruttato di ciliegia con un profumo fresco, intenso e speziato, tipico dei vini rossi Baroniesi. This land, in fact, immediately proved to be very suitable for the cultivation of grapes, both for the chemical composition of the soil and for its exposure to the sun: in addition, the proximity to the sea allows you to have a high quality grapes from which to produce a unique PDO wine. In 1994, with renewed enthusiasm and courage, the sons inherited the paternal activity by creating a small family-run business, managing it with innovative choices but always respectful of the tradition, the territory and their historic vineyard.<br \/>\nThe strong point is the desire to make the most of, even from a purely economic point of view, the quality and the typicality of Cannonau, produced by offering a small novelty much appreciated by the Sardinian wine market: the first\u00a0 &#8221;Baroniese&#8221; Cannonau\u00a0 D.O.P.<\/p>\n<p>Fertas<br \/>\nFertas is a traditional Cannonau produced in a simple and genuine way since 2014: entirely made by our farm, present of an eye-catching Red Rubin color, with a fruity cherry flavor with a fresh, intense and spicy scent, typical of &#8221;Baroniesi&#8221; red wines .
