This can be seen at the excavation site where archaeological excavations still take place. The site is over 30,000 m2 and can be viewed from an 18-meter-high observation tower. Virtual reconstructions and exciting presentations complete the picture. Whoever built the Atrium House in Aguntum didn\u2019t take local weather conditions into consideration. The construction was designed for a Mediterranean climate and was not suitable for cold autumn and winter months. With the centuries it disappeared under rubble, and since<br \/>\nthe 20th century a road taking traffic through Drautal Valley. A marble table from the Atrium House, which was under the bridge of the main road, was transferred to the new museum, where it is the centre of the Schaus collection. The transfer was necessary for reasons of flood
