In questo angolo di Liguria che si trova alla fine della Riviera di Levante si concentrano due delle zone pi\u00f9 belle e rinomate di tutta la regione: le Cinque Terre<\/b> e il Golfo dei Poeti<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Qui, a meno di 50 km a est di Genova, diverse generazioni di agricoltori hanno plasmato la montagna costruendo muretti a secco per trattenere il terreno e creare terrazze adatte alla coltivazione, le stesse che oggi ci offrono un paesaggio straordinariamente conservato, con profonde tradizioni e una forte economia locale.<\/p>\n

\u201cCinque Terre\u201d significa cinque piccoli villaggi adagiati sopra le scogliere o lungo le profonde calette, quasi inaccessibili, che guardano il mare, con le tipiche case dalle facciate multicolore: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Qui si producono olio di oliva, acciughe e lo Sciacchetr\u00e0, un vino raro, giallo ambrato, chiamato dagli antichi romani “Elisir degli Dei”.<\/p>\n

Una giornata \u00e8 dedicata poi al sentiero che congiunge l\u2019esclusiva Portofino<\/b> alla baia isolata dove si trova il monastero di San Fruttuoso<\/b>. In Monterosso you can buy the \u201cCinque Terre card\u201d if you want to (at the Tourist Office or in the Train Station)<\/p>\n

Since 2001 the Cinque Terre National Park has adopted a service card, the Cinque Terre Card and the Cinque Terre Card Treno MS, the latter being the result of an agreement with Trenitalia S.p.A. Le Cinque Terre Card aims to enable people to use the services supplied by the Cinque Terre National Park Authority, and it represents a kind of self-financing. The proceeds of the Cinque Terre Cards are mainly aimed at the upkeep and the recovery of the territory, and to allow the transport services within the territory as well. <\/em><\/p>\n
