This striated fault scarp belongs to the NW-SE-trending Pad\u00edl-Nig\u00fcelas late Neogene to present high-angle extensional front, dipping to the SW and separating the Sierra Nevada uplifted metamorphic core complex to the E and the Pad\u00fal Cenozoic basin to the E. <\/p>\n
